we've been window shopping!!

Hiya

How are we all?  Sorry for my lack of input over the last couple of days.

We have been having a look at some different tables for the workshop - something to give us a brighter feel but a great workspace for you to use.  What this means is that you will have a workspace that allows you the space required (as a crafter I know how much we can actually take up) for the projects that you come to Bee Crafty to complete.

We are currently thinking about some more workshop days to plan in for you that would be able to happen on Saturdays.  Now this is all in the early stages so not something happening immediately but definately something to keep your ears and eyes out for as they will absolutely be productive and above all good fun!!!

So thats it from me for today

Looking for a pretty but quick title?

Then look no further!!!

How about some pre-cut, really pretty but versatile lettering!!  Sold in sheets where there are 6 of the same letter ( but not identical pattern).  At just £2.50 this works out at an affordable way of providing that title we need whether it's scrapbooking or cardmaking these letters are ideal.

Now as always I have a picture or two and I am going to try and get this right so bear with me!

Oooh it worked!!

I think you would also agree that with this lettering system there is something suitable for all occasions also.

I just like how they come with a little embellishing on them too, I'll have a look and see if I can find a project where I have them on -could take a while to get through everything I have so bear with me!

I happen to know (because I was there when it happened) that some new paper was ordered today - it's what I can only describe as beautiful - as soon as it comes in you will be in the know!

Hope you are all ok

Good Morning

Hiya

Many apologies for not being here yesterday, hope you're all well.

So then what projects are you getting into at the moment?  I think one product that is very versatile are the charms

Now these are available to suit most situations and as I say work very well wth both card making and scrapbooking.  At just £2.85 against the RRP of 2.99 there is also a saving to be made too and you can find them all here on our website.

Another of the products which is widely useable in any crafting project is the range of buttons brought to you from Bee Crafty.

This is the Random Mix but you can find all of the colour ways here on our website.

At just £1.25 they are also an affordable embellishment to any project.

Well thats it from me for now - but I might come back later!!!

Scrapbooking with Windows

Hiya

So we are going to be scrapbooking with some windows and here it is...

This page was created as a challenge and uses various techniques.

The class is running at Bee Crafty on Monday 1st February from 10am - 12 noon and costs just £10 per person.  Tea/Coffee will be provided within the workshop.

Its the last few days of the month so there is still time to "bag" yourself a £10 voucher with your Bee Crafty bag and send us a genius photo - the best one drawn out of the hat will win and be able so spend that voucher on whatever they want at Bee Crafty!!

Hoping you are all ok

So thats that then....

....the SALE is officially over!!!

So what happens next?

Well there is plenty of course!  We are a crafty bunch and now it's time to use it all.

We have a wide range of workshops coming up and over the next little while and a series from Michelle-Jackson Mogford.  What this means for you as the customer is that we can offer you the solutions to knowing whether a particular crafting route is for you!  So for example if you are keen to try Heat embossing then there is  a workshop for this on Tuesday 16th of February 2010 10am-12noon for just £10.  This means you can come along without the cost of buying all of the materials and then if you decide you like it then you can invest in the right tools not the other way round.

Or why not come and do a class where we put a layout together.  The one below was a page I did within a Cybercrop but what it shows is that when the initial idea is put together you can create great pages with your materials and capture the memories you want to.

Hoping that you are all well

Thermal Thursday!!

Morning Everyone
So the snow started to melt and then it freezes - typical!! Hope you are all keeping well and safe in this weather at the moment. As my title would suggest it's definately one for the thermals and lots of layers!
I wondered if you had ventured into the Twiddleybitz section of the website? In there you will find wonderful embellishments and entire projects that are not only reasonably priced but absolutely beautiful.

One of my absolute favourites is the Heart Vine

It's an original design exclusive to Twiddleybitz so won't be found in any other way than via twiddleybitz.
Another wonderful piece from Twiddleybitz is the Small Bird Cage with the Filigree Stand.

This piece is stunning and ideal as a gift or a decoration for your home.
All of the Twiddleybitz range work particularly well with the Cosmic Shimmer paints which are available in a variety of colours.
So with that have a fabulous day and remember all orders placed before 2pm will be sent out on the same day!

What would you wish for?

For the Crafter who has it all how about a Saturday Project Day with Michelle Jackson-Mogford at Bee Crafty.

The first three project days are now available to book online here at the Bee Crafty website.

The first one is: The Wishing House

This fantastic all day workshop runs from 10am - 2pmThere seems to be a fascination with birdhouses at the moment as lovely additions to home decor. When Michelle made this version she wanted to make it a little bit different and functional and so the wishing house was born. This little birdhouse will hold all your wishes and secrets. Post a wish on a scroll of paper through the hole in the front and let them upstairs do the rest.
Want to make one? Well why not book your place, and may all your wishes come true you never know maybe these little houses really do have magic powers!
Workshop includes the full instructions by Michelle Jackson-Mogford, use of all equipment, includes all necessary products, tea/coffee and freshly baked cakes from the on site bakery.

Weather!!!

Hi Everyone
Hope you are all ok and surviving the weather conditions - although it's a great opportunity for some scrapping photo's!!
If you are planning a visit to the shop this week please ring and make sure someone is there first or drop us an email - essentially we are closed due to the weather and awful conditions - and being based on a "b" road it's a bit slippy.
We are however going over once a day to pick and pack any website orders (hence why we may be there if you call) so as always you can order on line.
I wonder how many snowmen have been holding the Bee Crafty bags for this months competition?
Take care everyone
